Greg Longoria, Principal

Mr. Longoria founded FIDES Capital Partners, LLC in 2009, where he focuses on the Advisory and Investment business.  He is a seasoned executive with 30+ years of real estate experience.  Among his experiences, Mr. Longoria was the Chief Capital Officer of MuniMae, an NYSE listed specialty finance company where he had direct responsibility for the planning and execution of capital and financing strategies for the company’s $1 billion balance sheet and $2 billion investment management business. He was also responsible for overseeing the portfolio management and investor relations with the firm’s institutional equity and debt relationships.  At MuniMae he also sat on the Senior Management Committee and the Corporate Capital Committee.  Mr. Longoria was also Managing Director at Gulf Atlantic Capital Corporation, where he led the real estate investment banking practice in developing and executing on collateral recoveries, restructuring options and recapitalization strategies for distressed real estate companies.  Additionally, Mr. Longoria was a Managing Director at the boutique investment banking firm of FPL Associates where he led the firm's merger & acquisition and capital raising practice. Mr. Longoria received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Management Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Gregg Handrich, Principal

Mr. Handrich focuses on the Investment business, and brings a 30-year background in both multifamily and commercial real estate investments, with transactional experience exceeding $3.0 billion.  Among his experiences, Mr. Handrich was a founding officer of Pritzker Residential Equities ("Centergate") where he invested on behalf of the Pritzker family.  Centergate acquired and developed a 14,000-unit apartment portfolio with a market value exceeding $1.8 billion.  Mr. Handrich was directly responsible for value-added asset management initiatives, oversight of property management, financing and the disposition of the portfolio.  Additionally, Mr. Handrich worked for the Balcor Company, where he held numerous roles including winding down the company's real estate portfolio.  Mr. Handrich started his career in the New York office of the First Boston Corporation where he worked within the real estate securitization group.  Mr. Handrich has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He is also a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.

Gregg Feldkamp, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Feldkamp re-joined FIDES in 2021, where he focuses on the Advisory and Investment business. Mr. Feldkamp brings a 20-year background in investment banking, real estate lending and workout advisory, with transactional experience exceeding $2 billion. Prior to joining FIDES, Mr. Feldkamp was part of the executive team for Strategic Property Partners and its $3+ billion Water Street Tampa project. In his role as EVP of Finance, Mr. Feldkamp originated and structured over $750 million of construction, permanent and corporate-level debt. During his previous tenure at Gulf Atlantic Capital, he was responsible for executing $650 million of loan work out strategies and restructurings for various real estate companies and/or their lenders. Additionally, Mr. Feldkamp was a Director with MMA Realty Capital where he originated and underwrote over $500 million of structured debt investments across multifamily, land and mixed-use assets. Mr. Feldkamp began his career in the real estate investment banking group of Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. (now Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc.) where he worked on capital raising and advisory services to REITs, REOCs and other real estate companies. Mr. Feldkamp graduated Magna Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management.

Dan Reynolds, Managing Director

Mr. Reynolds is a Managing Director in the firm’s advisory practice group. His career in investment banking, debt, private equity capital markets, and strategic advisory spans over 35 years, with a specific emphasis on commercial real estate since 1994. As a senior executive with prominent firms such as LaSalle Partners/JLL, LaSalle Investment Management, and Western National Group, he originated, arranged, and championed, by rallying support from both internal and external stakeholders, substantial investment initiatives that resulted in significant long-term business platforms. Additionally, he played the primary role in representing a wide variety of significant organizations in the evaluation, development, and implementation of their capital strategies by cultivating and maintaining senior-level relationships with active investors, including sovereign wealth funds, public and corporate pension funds, major insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and family offices.   Mr. Reynolds has raised over $11 billion of capital from domestic and foreign sources for investment vehicles, including commingled funds, separate accounts, programmatic joint ventures, co-investment, and single-asset transactions across the investment risk spectrum. Mr. Reynolds graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
